Discussion
B486 – Village Crossing – Clarification of Vote on Phase 3
Marc Garrett stated that at the last Planning Board meeting during the discussion regarding Village Crossing, votes were made to approve the drainage, but hold all remaining building permits in Phase 3. By approving the drainage, Phase 3 of the development was also approved. He noted that this meeting is to clarify the Phase 3 approval. Since the last Planning Board meeting, a meeting was held with Marc Garrett, Bill Wennerberg, the developer and staff regarding the holding of building permits and revisions to Phases 4 & 5. The developer presented plans proposing to relocate buildings 48 and 49 (a.k.a. 78 and 79). Building 48 (a.k.a. 78), would be moved closer to the wastewater treatment facility and building 49 (a.k.a. 79) would be rotated 90 degrees and moved further away from the neighbors. This proposal
will be discussed at a meeting scheduled for April 18, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. in the Little Theater at PCIS. Mr. Garrett asked the Board to re-ratify their intentions that by voting to approve the drainage the remaining building permits for Phase 3 could be issued.
Paul McAlduff moved for the Board to clarify the votes that were taken on Monday, April 2, 2012 thereby acknowledging that by approving the drainage, the Board thereby allowed the release of the remaining Phase 3 building permits; Tim Grandy second; the vote was unanimous (5-0).
Tim Grandy moved to adjourn at 6:42 p.m.; Paul McAlduff second; the vote was unanimous (5-0).
